Duties & Responsibilities
- · Carry out tenancy negotiation with owners/landlords/agents.
- · Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners.
- · Provide lease administration for commercial properties.
- · Handle and execute day-to-day operations of commercial properties.
- · Managing existing tenancies including renewals thereof.
- · Business expansion: analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities and provide support to ensure proper execution of new store openings.
- · Initiate work processes to enhance business growth.
- · Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.
- · Team leader to the department in terms of providing guidance and support where necessary.
- · Digesting and disseminating company strategies into clear department objectives and KPIs for the team members to achieve.
- Representing the department in delivering the required contribution to the company for the overall achievement of thecompany's mission and vision.

Job Requirements
- · Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
- · At least ten (10) years of working experience in related field.
- · Possess strong market knowledge for retail expansion and retail business.
- · Candidate must well verse in tenancy agreements (comprehension and editing ability).
- Understanding of land code, by-laws pertaining to tenancies, strong network of retailers and landlords
- Candidate must have good negotiation skills and tenancy administration skills.
- Strong leadership style to lead and developing the team
