Job Description
● Understand Product Display Concept
● Understand Customer Decision Tree
● Able to construct a full category planogram
● Prepare the Sales & Range reports for new stores/renovation stores/existing stores
● Prepare the planogram for all channels
● Update the existing planograms
● Generate useful business reports to analyse data
● Work with teams within the given timelines and report in time
● Proactively engages in new / relay store fixture and product display adjustments; select and propose the suitable fixture for products display
● Define and plot subcategory into store layout plan by understanding the way of product presentation / category adjacency on shelf to drive the consumer flow
● Manage and communicate planogram changes to store for execution and publish new floor plan; provide a first level Q&A support to stores
● Responsible for fixtures and equipment ordering to store
● Site recce to make sure store follow the category plotting, planogram based on the store layout
● Attend the required trainings and follow guidelines and suggestions
● Strive for success and always willing to learn
● Aware the customers' needs and wants and provide better services
● Ensure that every customer's shopping experience is convenient and comfortable
● Provide the accurate information and data to the relevant departments


Job Requirements

  • 5 years of working experience in retail environment ideally with at least 3 year of working experience in planogram creation & maintenance.
  • Proficient with Spaceman Software, JDA or other Planogram Software
  • Well verse in using Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders both written and verbally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, good time management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated good team player
  • Able to work independently at store
  • Travel as required
