Duties & Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance Process Development

Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.

Develop, review, and update quality standards, guidelines, and related documentation.

Ensure quality systems comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Audit & Inspection
-
Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and procedures.
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address non-conformance and implement corrective actions.
-
Support external audits and ensure audit readiness.
3. Quality Control
-
Monitor and evaluate product and service quality throughout the production process.
-
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, inspections, findings, and corrective actions.

Prepare and present quality reports, analysis, and recommendations to management.

Ensure all quality documentation is properly controlled and maintained.
5. Continuous Improvement
-
Identify opportunities to improve quality processes, operational efficiency, and product consistency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor the effectiveness of improvement actions and recommend further enhancements where necessary.
6. Training & Quality Awareness

Conduct training on quality assurance processes, food safety requirements, and quality standards.

Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
7. Customer Feedback & Quality Improvement

Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback related to product and service quality.

Investigate customer complaints and implement improvement measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Laboratory Management
-
Monitor and oversee daily laboratory activities.
-
Manage laboratory inventory and place orders for laboratory supplies based on stock requirements.

Prepare and provide product testing reports based on microbiological analysis.
9. Other Responsibilities
-
Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the immediate superior in line with departmental objectives and company KPIs.
