Duties & Responsibilities
• Supporting day-to-day administrative operations, including handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and requests.
• Assisting with online and walk-in permit and licence applications and renewals, including document compilation, verification, submission preparation, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
• Assisting in the preparation, compilation, submission, and filing of insurance claim documentation, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to obtain the necessary supporting documents.
• Maintaining and organizing administrative records, documents, and filing systems to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.
• Any other administrative duties, tasks, or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Department or Management from time to time.
