ADMIN INTERN

Duties & Responsibilities
• Supporting day-to-day administrative operations, including handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and requests.

• Assisting with online and walk-in permit and licence applications and renewals, including document compilation, verification, submission preparation, and follow-up with relevant authorities.

• Assisting in the preparation, compilation, submission, and filing of insurance claim documentation, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to obtain the necessary supporting documents.

• Maintaining and organizing administrative records, documents, and filing systems to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.

• Any other administrative duties, tasks, or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Department or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling company information and documents.
• Possess a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn new things
• Available to undergo internship placement for a minimum period as required by the educational institution.
