MANAGER, INSTORE EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities – Strategy
  • Ensure consistency, practicality, and scalability of in-store execution across
  • all formats.
  • Support to drive continuous improvement in store layouts.

Key Responsibilities – Range Management
  • Support product mix planning and SKU optimisation.
  • Support to conduct research and identify new opportunities.
  • Support to align range plans across departments.

Key Responsibilities – Performance
  • Track store-level space productivity and category sales performance.
  • Identify execution gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Ops Management team in compliance with approved layouts, planograms, and display standards
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Guide and supervise Space Planning Senior Executives or relevant team
  • members.
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure
  • smooth execution.
  • Act as a key bridge between strategy and store operations.

Tools, Processes & Systems
  • Ensure accuracy, discipline, and consistency in execution processes.
  • Provide feedback to improve tools, workflows, and operational efficiency

Must have:
  • Strong execution capability with high attention to detail.
  • Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Retail, merchandising, or store operations experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Well organised, hands-on, and proactive in problem solving with strong ownership.

Good to have:
  • Experience in space planning, planogramming, or category management.
  • Ability to manage multiple store projects (new store / revamp)
  • simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across functions.
