Job Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of store merchandising and product assortment strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Develop and optimize product assortment plans across stores based on market trends, customer demand, and business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including price negotiation, trading terms, and promotional support to improve commercial performance.
• Monitor and analyse category performance, including sales, margin, stock availability, and sell-through rates.
• Drive assortment reviews and merchandising decisions through data analysis and store performance insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations effectively.
• Ensure effective coordination with Supply Chain teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and reduce overstock and stock shortages.
• Lead merchandising execution across stores to ensure consistency in product display, assortment, and visual standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to review merchandising compliance, identify opportunities, and improve in-store execution.
• Support new store openings, store refresh projects, and layout optimisation initiatives.
• Work closely with retail operations teams to enhance store productivity and customer shopping experience.
