Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative matters,
including correspondence and landlord liaison.
- Support tenancy renewal processes and rental
negotiations (renewals and reductions).
- Liaise with landlords on documentation matters,
including business license applications.
- Maintain and update tenancy records, master
rental lists, and related documentation.
- Ensure proper filing systems for traceability of
documents (physical and system-based).
- Update internal systems(LARK) and generate required reports in a timely
manner.
- Prepare periodic reports, including: Tenancy
Agreements , Outlet status, Finance related reports (monthly rental, MFRS,
Corporate & Bank Guarantee & etc)
- Monitor and follow up on new Real Estate
listings and updates.
- Draft letters and responses for landlord
communications (e.g., renewals, terminations).
- Coordinate and ensure all tenancy documentation
(new and renewal) is complete, accurate, and in order, including deposit
payment tracking.
- Maintain and update mapping data for MyNEWS,
MyCU, and etc.
- Act as liaison with auditors and internal
departments for documentation and reporting
- Provide general administrative and secretarial
support to the Real Estate Department.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties
as assigned.
