CATEGORY COMMERCIAL LEAD

What you will do
  • Own and drive end-to-end category performance, including P&L, sales, and margin growth
  • Shape and execute category strategy aligned with business and shopper priorities
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, and promotions
  • Lead supplier negotiations and build strong commercial partnerships
  • Define and optimizeSKU strategy and lead new product introductions
  • Drive promotion strategy, execution, and performanceoptimization
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve category outcomes
