HR EXECUTIVE (OPS TALENT MANAGEMENT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review new joiner applications and ensure all documentation is complete before processing
  • Maintain and update employees’ personal information in theHR system
  • Monitor staff confirmations and send timely reminders
  • Prepare HR-related letters (e.g.,Confirmation, Resignation Acceptance, Transfer, Promotion)
  • Ensure smooth transition of HR information to relevant departments (Training & Operations)
  • Compile monthly reports from HR databases
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR operations
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and anyad-hoc tasksassigned by your superior

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum2 years of experiencein HR or related field
  • Knowledgeable inEmployment Act 1955
  • Good command ofEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
