MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resolve identified issues and ensure minimal equipment downtime at outlets.

  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for outlet equipment.

  • Carry out installation and maintenance of both new and existing outlet equipment.

  • Plan and coordinate with relevant departments on the installation and maintenance of all outlet equipment.

  • Analyze maintenance reports and findings, and provide solutions and recommendations when requested by Management.

  • Assign, supervise, and inspect the work of the maintenance team.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out within the approved monthly budget.

  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation works.

  • Prepare and update maintenance logs and daily task reports.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or an equivalent qualification.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required.

  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an added advantage
