INTERN – LOSS PREVENTION DEPARTMENT

Job Summary:
The Loss Prevention Department providing valuable exposure to business processes and compliance practices. You will gain hands-on experience in monitoring operational procedures, identifying irregularities, and reporting non-compliance to ensure process integrity across the organization.

Job Exposure:

Cash Management

  • Extract Symple, Touch ‘n Go, and Epay reports on a daily basis.

  • Perform data analytics to detect exceptions and anomalies.

  • Assist with daily administrative and reporting tasks.

Stock Inventory

  • Extract Stock In Variance and Return reports on a daily basis.

  • Perform daily data analytics to identify variances or unusual trends.

  • Support the team with administrative duties and documentation.

  • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational and reporting abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
