Duties & Responsibilities
1) Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for Food Handling and Food Safety related topics.
2) Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities related to food safety are consistently communicated and updated.
3) Conduct Food Handler training program and food safety audit regularly to ensure that the outlets and manufacturing staff are aware of the Food Safety compliances.
4) Actively take part in the Food and Beverage research to ensure that safe handling practices are followed and documented in the SOP.
5) Manage the Food Handling Training Centre (SLPM) facilities and license.

1) Assist Fresh Food team in Maru Outlet setup and training.
2) Assist Training Executive who is responsible to execute any additional activities within COE department functionality assigned by superiors on timely execution to achieve company and departmental goals and target.
3) Drive internal communications with relevant departments if required to ensure smooth execution of the departmental activities.

Job Requirements
Must to have:
Ministry of Health Certified Food Handling Trainer
Degree in any field. Preferably degree in Education, Retailing, Management.

Good to have:
Experience in planning and conducting Food Handling Course.
Experience in outlet operations management (retail / F&B).
