Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities, to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvements and implement strategies to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, to provide training, guidance, and task assignments to the team.
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Control costs by optimizing resources and reducing waste.
- Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective purchases of parts and services.
- Maintain logs of maintenance schedules, work orders, and repairs to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance.
- Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs.
- Ad-hoc task assigned by Management.
