Job Requirements
- A degree in Law, Accounting, Business, or equivalent professional qualification (MAICSA/ICSA).
- At least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably with listed companies.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Bursa Listing Requirements, and governance code
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with directors, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and deadline-driven skills.
- A collaborative, professional approach with the confidence to handle senior-level interactions.
