WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE(DC-RAWANG)

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment, handling continuous shipments throughout the day.
  • Operate machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move pallets and materials safely.
  • Collaborate with warehouse assistants to process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
  • Analyze customer orders and prioritize picking to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Ensure the warehouse premises are kept neat, clean, and organized at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure inventories are up to date.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control, including reporting damaged or missing items.
  • Handle delicate and sensitive products with care and in compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize inventory management software effectively.
  • Integrate best practices in warehouse operations to maximize efficiency.
  • Scan delivered items, update logs, and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Stack and organize large bulk items to ensure space optimization.
  • Move materials to designated locations (facilities, workstations, or pick-up points).
  • Maintain workplace safety by keeping aisles clear and removing hazards.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve overall departmental goals.
  • Support shipping, loading, and unloading activities.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems/ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Forklift certification/experience is an added advantage.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Willingness to work overtime or on shifts when required.
