ASSISTANT STORE SALES MANAGER (MARU)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily operations comply with company policies, maintaining high customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise crew members, manage work rosters, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Handle cash transactions, manage cash floats, reconcile drawers, and address discrepancies.
  • Train staff on policies, beverage preparation, and SOPs, promoting ongoing skill enhancement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Actively participate in preparing coffee, beverages, and food, ensuring quality standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records for inventory, sales, and staff hours.
  • Conduct stock takes, manage inventory levels, place orders, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor staff performance, analyze store metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to align store operations with company goals and report challenges.
  • Provide monthly updates to HQ on store performance and collaborate on solutions for issues.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a retail or food service management role, with experience in supervising staff and managing store operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in cash management, staff training, beverage and food preparation, and inventory control.
  • Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent required.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, team development, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Work according to shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to work 6 days per week.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel.
