Duties & Responsibilities
- Minimum Diploma in Food Technologies or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have typhoid injection card.
- Must be willing to do shift work.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to tolerate working in an environment that contains flour dust.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to details, self-driven, ability to deal with ambiguity, good communications, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at any given time in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Regulatory, and Quality Systems and their application within food processing.
Good to have:
- Knowledgeable in Halal, GMP, HACCP and any related certification in food industries.
