Duties & Responsibilities
1. Primary
- Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.
- Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.
- Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff.
2. Secondary
- Plan and monitor the company’s CSR activities to meet the company’s sustainability goals.
- Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented.
- Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities.
