Job Purpose:
As a Team Leader of Interior Designer responsible for the highest level of
Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity
with highest level of performance, able to work well under pressure to meet
all the project timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design & Concept Development
- Develop store concept designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentation decks.
- Propose innovative design solutions for new and renovation projects.
2. Technical & Layout Planning
- Produce detailed layout plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements.
- Coordinate M&E placement (lighting, power load, air-conditioning).
- Optimize shelving layout for maximum SKU display and flow efficiency.
3. Project Coordination
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and mall management.
- Conduct site visits (minimum 3 visits recommended: pre-renovation, mid-progress, pre-handover).
- Ensure design intent and specifications are executed accurately.
- Monitor timeline and budget compliance.
4. Brand & Quality Control
- Maintain consistency across all outlets nationwide.
- Select materials that are durable, cost-efficient, and easy to maintain.
- Ensure lighting enhances product visibility and customer comfort.
