Job Purpose:

As a Team Leader of Interior Designer responsible for the highest level of Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity with highest level of performance, able to work well under pressure to meet all the project timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design analysis, research and preliminary design studies, translating design concepts to reality with design presentation for Management’s approval.
• Design and manage to a set budget, preparation of tender drawings and documents.
• Managing project documentation delivery from space planning, conceptual design, detail drawings, presentation file till the project completion with as built drawing.
• Co-ordinating with Real Estate, Fit-Out, QS, Procurement and Spaceman, understanding the project design and various requirements.
• Ensuring issued information meets regulatory requirements.
• Work programming and reporting on project progress to Superior, leading the team to meet the project timeline.
• Undertake site inspections and surveys. • Ensuring level of quality is met on each project. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Must to have:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Professional interior design experience in high end commercial hospitality design.
• Ideally a minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant full‐time work experience with strong background in building architecture and structural.
• Strong creativity and the ability to take instruction, formulate design decisions, and work well under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Motivated and passionate about design.
• Promote use of technologies to capture efficiencies and advancements.
• Well versed in Sketchup, Microsoft, Hand Sketch, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.

Good to have:

• 3D development skill.
