Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop strong understanding between category sales and cluster sales
• Outline the shopper mission via Big Data analysis using Tableau and profiling the mission using cluster analysis
• Mapping of potential and opportunity gaps that can be actioned upon to induce higher ticket size and multiple buy.
• Drive cluster-based growth through better, effective promotions based on shopper mission and daypart.
• To increase the GP margins via back income, detailed SKU profitability and efficiency of SKU vis-à-vis holding cost or conversion cycle
• Competitive analysis for pricing and value add bundle sales plan
• Prepare Annual Budget growth and expansion strategy; through category and cluster bottoms up planning

Job Requirements
Must to have:
Strong analytical and planning skills for problem-solving
Ability to understand customer and shoppers need, their buying mission and activation of the mission
Able to communicate effectively
Advanced Excel skills

Good to have:
Familiar with Tableau
Advance Powerpoint skills
Retail exposure
