Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning Retail with F&B store setup and space
- Creating and maintaining floor plans that enhance the consumer journey while optimizing space usage in our retail outlets.
- Mapping setups together with the Merchandising team, aligning with equipment selection, Counter Selection, Chiller Selections, Racking setups, brands flows and guidelines.
- Maintaining fixture counts, space, and capacity to provide accurate guidance for stock levels(capacity) in stores at all times.
- Analyzing the sales performance of categories/brands and provide insights into space productivity by store to the business
- Provide recommendations to store space, zoning plans, stockroom capacities based on productivity and performance
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Fresh Food, Operations and Planograms Planners, Projects, Procurement teams to implement space planning effectively.
