Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and quality management.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate food quality and safety concerns.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of store facilities and focus on ensuring food safety & quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a robust documentation system for all food quality and safety-related activities.
- Responsible for examining food products for quality and safety.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure that they meet food safety and quality standards.
- Continuously assess and update food safety and quality procedures to ensure they align with the latest industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
