Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Supporting wide analytics with the collaboration of other departments to understand business reporting needs and requirements.
- Analysing and gather data creating documentation and specification for new data production reports for effective communication related to methodologies of business users.
- Oversees and facilitates data information flow of company operations and departments.
- Analysing and query data from various environments. Interpreting data and providing analytical commentaries to explain or highlight significant findings.
- Designing/building adhoc reports and dashboards through analytics tools, such as Tableau or Microsoft SQL.
- Establishing and implementing standards and strategies for efficient data management and data quality review processes.
- Expanding technical and business knowledge through individual research and on-the-job training.
- Meeting and facilitate information exchange with other departments.
- Other duties as assigned by Managemen.
