CREW (MARU)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage cash transactions.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ recipes and SOPs.
  • Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Keep equipment clean and operational.
  • Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory accurately.
  • Reconcile stock counts with records and report discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking.
  • Check and maintain café equipment and facilities.
  • Document and communicate equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
  • Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, adhering to company guidelines.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a café or food service environment.
  • Able to work Shift (Morning/ Night)
  • Able to work 6 days per week.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in stock and cash management are crucial.
