Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operations comply with company
policies, maintaining high customer service and operational efficiency.
- Supervise crew members, manage work rosters,
conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Handle cash transactions, manage cash floats,
reconcile drawers, and address discrepancies.
- Train staff on policies, beverage preparation,
and SOPs, promoting ongoing skill enhancement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and
maintain a positive store environment.
- Actively participate in preparing coffee,
beverages, and food, ensuring quality standards.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain
accurate records for inventory, sales, and staff hours.
- Conduct stock takes, manage inventory levels,
place orders, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor staff performance, analyze store
metrics, and implement improvements.
- Work with the Operations Manager to align store
operations with company goals and report challenges.
- Provide monthly updates to HQ on store
performance and collaborate on solutions for issues.
