Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for MEP systems in f&B and retail stores.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and repair strategies.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, equipment, and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors as needed for maintenance projects.
