Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for MEP systems in f&B and retail stores.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and repair strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, equipment, and tools required for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors as needed for maintenance projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Professional A4 chargeman Certificate.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a maintenance team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
