Duties & Responsibilities
1. To manage and innovate the key food categories such as in-store desserts, in-store food, Ready-to-eat, Bakes in mynews retail and CU mart.
2. To lead a team of food innovators, and plan out the key strategies for the appointed categories for a successful growth.
3. Drive product insights, roadmap, marketing and P&L of the product category
4. Responsible to refine product recipes and formulations.
5. Build and keep track of competitors products in a database.
6. Manage the entire process from market research, creating thematics, menu innovation, overseeing photo shooting, sourcing, costing, pricing, focus groups, SOP, final management tastings.
7. Oversee all of the SOPs created by team and ensure proper execution.
8. To ensure cost and operational efficiency by maximizing usage of each raw material.
9. To lead, manage and motivate respective Fresh Food Executives or Assistants
