Duties & Responsibilities

  • Food processing Centre sourcing and ordering.
  • Fresh department raw material odering and manage stock inventory.
  • Monthly purchase report, product cost saving report.
  • Supplier trading term negotiation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years buying experience, prefer work in food or raw material industry.
  • Ability work independently.
  • Communicate performance and costing to management.
  • Negotiate contracts with supplier.
  • Can speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
