RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (MK)

Job Purpose

  • R&D for Malaysia food, international food, and Japanese food
  • Cost calculation accuracy for food ingredients, packaging, and labor
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Guide and coaching cooking method to production staff

Operational:

  • Cost reduction for raw and packaging material
  • Make SOP for cooking method
  • Update latest price in system for any price increase or decrease
  • Update latest recipe in direction before launching date
  • Any other task given by superior from time to time that align with KPI

People:

  • Work with R&D deputy manager
  • Procurement

Job Requirements

Must haves:

  • SPM / Diploma in Culinary art or related field
  • 5 Year experience culinary art
  • Multi skill in excel
