R&D EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

  • R&D for Malaysia food, international food, and Japanese food
  • Cost calculation accuracy for food ingredients, packaging, and labour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coaching cooking method to production staff
  • Cost reduction for raw and packaging material
  • Make SOP for cooking method
  • Update latest price in system for any price increase or decrease
  • Update latest recipe in direction before launching date
  • Any other task given by superior from time to time that align with KPI
  • Working closely with R&D deputy manager
  • Procurement of Materials

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary art or related field
  • 5 years experience culinary art
  • Multi skill in excel

  Spoken Language:  Malay, English

  Written Language:  Malay, English
