Job Summary:
- R&D for Malaysia food, international food, and Japanese food
- Cost calculation accuracy for food ingredients, packaging, and labour
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide and coaching cooking method to production staff
- Cost reduction for raw and packaging material
- Make SOP for cooking method
- Update latest price in system for any price increase or decrease
- Update latest recipe in direction before launching date
- Any other task given by superior from time to time that align with KPI
- Working closely with R&D deputy manager
- Procurement of Materials
