Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
• Developing maintenance procedures and implementation.
• Carry out outlet inspection identifying and resolving issues.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied.

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in any field.
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
