IT HELPDESK OFFICER

Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable and experience in networking, applications and troubleshooting networks.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; replacing parts as required.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Installation of Security Product/CCTV and POS system.
- On-call after office hours in case of systems breakdowns to provide online or site support.

Job Requirements
- At least Diploma qualifications in computer studies.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
- Team player, detailed and good in problem solving.
- Positive, confident attitude and willing to accept challenges.
