Duties & Responsibilities
1) Site Planning
• Analyses the site measurement and site photo
• Calculate site layout area
• Understand the site layout and planning the design for the outlets
• Draft and draw of site layout drawing

2) Layout
• Planning arrangement of furniture layout for new and revamp outlets.
• Draft and design furniture layout for new and revamp outlets.
• Make revised for any of furniture layout for final design of the outlets.
• Completed the furniture layout for approval before continuing to the next steps.

3) 3D Conceptual drawing
• 3D modeling, texturing and lighting
• 3D rendering based on layout plan
• Selection Materials

4) Full set drawing
• Prepare full set drawing according to approved Layout plan and 3D rendering, based on requirements of the management
• Amending full set drawings as required by management

5) Report
• Submit daily work report to superior
• Ensure that superior knows current task

6) Tendering Drawing
7) As Build Drawing for the final documentation

Job Requirements
Must to have:
- Experience in the construction field preferably with technical background in design,or construction.
- Clearly understanding project management/programming and layout.
- Must be willing to travel and work as & when required.
- Software - Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Microsoft ,

Good to have:
- Self-motivated and pro-active with clear drive delivery.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and must be able to deal with tenant and contractors.
