Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule raw material ordering by monitoring storage capacity.
• Able to plan incoming materials just in time in order to prevent overstock.
• Ensure no shortage of material for production.
• Liaise with procurement on raising Purchase Request and Purchase Order.
• Work closely with warehouse team in planning material ordering with limited storage capacity.
• Always need to aware of order trend and response immediate based on it.

Job Requirements

• Able to do simple formulas in MS Excel
• Fast response
• Good analyzing skills
• Willing to learn
