Job Description:

  • Guide and coaching cooking method to production staff..
  • Cost reduction for raw and packaging material.
  • Make SOP for cooking method.
  • Update latest price in system for any price increase or decrease.
  • Update latest recipe in direction before launching date.
  • Any other task given by superior from time to time that align with KPI.
  • Work with assistant chef about menu development.
  • Support procurement to fine new supplier and new ingredients.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma in Culinary or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience culinary/Food Production Center
