PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (MR)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gathers data and enters the production records (Production Summary, Raw Material Summary, Employee Productivity) of all department into excel records; keeps Plant Manager/General Manager informed on a daily/as required basis.
• Provide office documentation and filing system support.
• Records minutes of various meetings.
• Update and manage Product Specification and Product Table.
• Confer with management or subordinates to resolve production issues especially related to raw material usage and human related problem.
• Prepare any official letters needed for the employees.
• Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for Production processes.
• Ongoing contribution to any related continuous improvement initiatives through development, implementation and support.
• Other administrative tasks to support production or as otherwise required.
• Have understanding in written text, formal documents, and other non-verbal types of communication in Japanese.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and whatever confidential information received and/or have knowledge of.
• Generate Delivery Order and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
• Releasing and receiving work orders.
• Create or upgrade a production formats when it is needed to ensure all the production records and process can be understanding by Plant Manager/General Manager.
• Provide guidance and support of the usage of software (Microsoft, RYMNET) and hardware (PC, Laptop) towards employees including creating a manual for the reference.
• Being a moderator between HQ and Management if there is any problem with records or system in the factory.

Job Requirements

• Production Administrative Executive plays an important role in the factory who input and compile daily production records.
• Assist in confirming production amount, quantity, loss, and raw material usage and provide guidance to management team.
• Positive attitude and comfortable dealing with superior and colleague.
• Food handling certificate (preferred)
• Bachelor Degree in any relevant fields
• Computer Skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to system analysis to achieve work goals especially in Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Well known in inputting and compiling data and documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
