Food safety and quality control

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Halal system in the company and handle all matters relating to Halal application and audit
- Incoming raw material and packaging inspection
- Monitor the team of on-line process inspection
- Monitor the team of finished product inspection
- Pest control inspection
- Chemical control
- Area and workers’ hygiene inspection
- To conduct hygiene/ halal training to workers
- Assist on product and raw materials shelf life study
- To do some documentation, records
- Other tasks requested by superior

Job Requirements
Qualification :
- Halal Executive certificate
- Experience with halal cert application
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in food industry
- Degree of Food (Food Science/ Food Technology etc food related) Skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
- Good time management
- Good reporting

Skill :
- Positive thinking
- Always take initiative to prevent food safety issue
- Work independently with minimum supervision - Good to have experience with lab testing, HACCP system
