Job Description

  • Responsible in work permit/ employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers and liaise with immigration officers.
  • To register/ renew/ terminate FWCS.
  • Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker’s data.
  • FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up.
  • To monitor foreign worker’s permit renewal, passport renewal and immigration related issue.
  • Traveling to immigration, embassy and etc for Foreign Worker matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to Travel and posses own transport
  • Have at least 4 years working experience in handling foreign workers management and hostel management.
  • Aggressive, multi-tasking, take initiativesand willing to learn new task or changes in government policies
  • Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices
  • Computer literate, good oral and written English language and Bahasa Melayu.
