Preparation of offer letters to new joiners of Outlet Employees.Creation of new employee ID for new joiners.Distribution of starter kits to new joiners for HQ & Outlet Employees.Thumb print and facial recognition registration arrangement for HQ & Outlet Employees.Compile weekly report for all starter kits.Assisting in Group Hospitalization and Personal Accident.Actively engaging in HR employee engagement program/non-monetary program etcDrafting of correspondence, memo, standard operation procedure as & when needed.Assist in any adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.Well versed in Employment Act 1955.Good command in English and BM.
