Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and in-charge of overall kitchen staffs and tasks. Meet daily KPI as assigned by superior.
  • Plan and schedule staffs for each section.
  • Communicate and delicate tasks to kitchen helpers and leaders.
  • Always maintain 5S and safety at working environment.

  • Leadership team of leaders and kitchen helpers.
  • Able to communicate and delicate tasks.
  • Always achieve KPI as assigned by superior.
  • Responsible in kitchen operations and safet.
