DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive operational efficiency through accurate forecasts and demand planning for MK and MR
  • Perform relevant data analysis and provide on-time business & competitive intelligence to continuously drive sales growth and support expansion plan
  • Assist HoD and FF team in the development of product pricing strategy, monthly product calendar and promotional plan
  • Maintain overall KPI dashboards for individual FF categories
  • Exert full asset control to optimise the use of all FF assets in stores
  • Implement appropriate measures to reduce store-level wastages
  • Set up and update planogram for FF categories in collaboration with outlet Operations to ensure efficient process flow and maximised customer experience
  • Be the key liaison person with MK & MR throughout entire product cycle from ideation, R&D, product launch to discontinuation (if any).
  • Ensuring all FF-related promotion feedbacks are recorded, post-mortem report is compiled and documented for future reference & internal improvement
  • Support the rest of FF team members for new product development and launch to stores
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

Must have:

  • Min 3-5 year(s) of working experience in retail/ CVS / FMCG / food service industry
  • Data Scientist/Demand Planning or other relevant F&B Operations background can be considered
  • Highly analytical mind, communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills to support business-decision making and help drive business efficiency
  • Passion for F&B

Good to have:

  • Japanese and/or Korean speaking would be advantageous
  • Result oriented, able to work at a fast pace, multi-task and tight deadlines environment
