FOOD SAFETY TRAINER

Duties & Responsibilities
-Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for Food Handling and Food Safety related topics.
-Liase with relevant departments to ensure information and activities related to food safety are consistently communicated and updated.
-Conduct Food Handler training program by weekly basis. Execute training plan, arrangement and provide post-training evaluation.
-Actively take part in the Food and Beverage research to ensure that safe handling practices are followed and documented in the SOP.
-Manage the Food Handling Training Center (SLPM) facilities and license.

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
-Certified Food Handling Trainer from Ministry of Health
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in operational/soft skill training.
-Highly organized and disciplined to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
-Possesses own transport and able to travel when needed.
