HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:
Internal stakeholder by providing daily HR supports from recruitment to on-boarding/off-boarding process. This role is for the recruitment for the Food Processing Centre, Supply Chain and Maintenance Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gatekeeper of Manpower Requisition Form (MRF).
  • Conducting interview for FPC (production staff)
  • Shortlisting candidates with the criteria fixed by Hiring Manager and send to Hiring Manager for shortlisting for interview.
  • Scheduling interview and obtaining all the info needed from the shortlisted candidates.
  • Salary proposal preparation with salary comparison, candidate‚Äôs profile and current market salary benchmarking.
  • Preparing offer letter once the salary package is being approved.
  • Pre-onboarding and off-boarding arrangements.
  • Conduct Employee Orientation for New Joiner.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report.
  • Updating new joiner and resigned staff in HR system.
    Preparation of Monthly Schedule for Walk in interview in HQ.
  • Monitoring of staff confirmation, send out reminders to the respective HODs in due course.
  • Participating meetings and career fair (outstation).
  • Assist in any adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Good command in English and BM.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience in FMCG/Production.
