Job Summary:Internal stakeholder by providing daily HR supports from recruitment to on-boarding/off-boarding process. This role is for the recruitment for the Food Processing Centre, Supply Chain and Maintenance Department.Duties & Responsibilities:Gatekeeper of Manpower Requisition Form (MRF).Conducting interview for FPC (production staff)Shortlisting candidates with the criteria fixed by Hiring Manager and send to Hiring Manager for shortlisting for interview.Scheduling interview and obtaining all the info needed from the shortlisted candidates.Salary proposal preparation with salary comparison, candidate’s profile and current market salary benchmarking.Preparing offer letter once the salary package is being approved.Pre-onboarding and off-boarding arrangements.Conduct Employee Orientation for New Joiner.Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report. Updating new joiner and resigned staff in HR system. Preparation of Monthly Schedule for Walk in interview in HQ. Monitoring of staff confirmation, send out reminders to the respective HODs in due course.Participating meetings and career fair (outstation).Assist in any adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.Good command in English and BM.At least 2 years of recruitment experience in FMCG/Production.
