TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.
• Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.
• Ensure company SOP are updated and trainings are delivered according to latest SOP.
• Responsible for all training executions in the outlet level.
• Support training manager in training, upskilling, and developing trainers.
• Additional assigned task, per business changes and needs.

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in operational/soft skill training.
• Highly organised and disciplined to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
• Possesses own transport and able to travel when needed.
