Duties & Responsibilities
-Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards and measuring dimensions.
-Checking that the processing method adheres to standards and procedures and complying with government requirements.
-Reviewing specifications to compare to produced goods.
-Recording inspection results by completing reports, wastes and inputting data into quality database.
-Proposing improvements to the production process.
-Monitoring the use of method to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
-To carry out quality control activities by performing quality control check on incoming, final and outgoing inspection for raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods.
-To perform label and packaging activities for all the finished goods.
-Highlight quality defect to head of department and respective departments whenever is necessary.
-To prepare and update QC inspection records.
-Must adhere to all the written and verbal instructions given by supervisors, managers, and head of department at all times.
-Responsible to maintain work area clean, safe, and well-organized.
-Perform other related duties assigned from time to time by head of department.
