Duties & Responsibilities- • Plan the strategy for the brand to further enhance the brand’s portfolio. - • Proactive in analysing market trends to improve brand strategies. - • Branding strategies implementation to be aligned with business goals. - • Understand product brand positioning in the market and build strong brand to generate brand building results. - • Managing, planning and executing brand campaign and event & liaising with relevant departments in the company. - • Tracking the development of products initiatives and ensure timely new product launch within objectives and timeline. - • Assist in the preparation and submission of Annual Strategic Plan and Budget to satisfy the company’s immediate & long-term profit and growth goals. - • Attend to other ad-hoc requirements/tasks as required by superior.
Job Requirements- • At least 3 years working experience in FMCG industry, preferably F&B industry. - • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas. - • Ability to think strategically and come out with campaign. - • Experience with and understanding of market research.
