Duties & Responsibilities
- Issue new purchase order.
- Manage purchasing planning and forecast.
- Follow up with suppliers on merchandising issues.
- To make sure direct suppliers consistency on their stocks delivery.
- Create new item/ vendor and maintain items database in the system.
- Create and maintain the planogram for merchandising execution and database.
- To support and communicate closely with operation team on any merchandising matters and stocks display.
- To support and make sure on well preparations for smooth new store openings.
- To brief and guide store operation staff to improve on merchandising related matters.
- Prepare a memo for internal communications.
- Responsible on the stock holding days, purchase sell through, Out-of -stock KPI, supplier PO fulfillment and frequency of delivery.
- Able to accept add-hoc task giving from management.
