Duties & Responsibilities

  • Issue new purchase order.
  • Manage purchasing planning and forecast.
  • Follow up with suppliers on merchandising issues.
  • To make sure direct suppliers consistency on their stocks delivery.
  • Create new item/ vendor and maintain items database in the system.
  • Create and maintain the planogram for merchandising execution and database.
  • To support and communicate closely with operation team on any merchandising matters and stocks display.
  • To support and make sure on well preparations for smooth new store openings.
  • To brief and guide store operation staff to improve on merchandising related matters.
  • Prepare a memo for internal communications.
  • Responsible on the stock holding days, purchase sell through, Out-of -stock KPI, supplier PO fulfillment and frequency of delivery.
  • Able to accept add-hoc task giving from management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma, or Post Graduate Diploma in related field.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required.
  • Self-driven and pro-active and able to work independent and fast pace of environment
