HR EXECUTIVE (OPS TALENT MANAGEMENT)

 2,800.00  to   3,000.00

· Updating new joiner and resigned staff in HRIS system.

· Monitoring of staff confirmation, send out reminders to the respective HODs in due course.

· Participating in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, seminars.

· Assisting in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures for constant improvement of the department and services performed.

· Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.

· Ensuring smooth On-Boarding process for new joiners which includes email notification of new joiner, orientation, co-ordination with relevant departments on starter kits, IT gadgets, staff ID cards, ordering of business cards etc.

· Actively engaging in Company activities/events for employee bonding programs.

· Drafting of internal/external correspondence eg memo, letter etc as & when needed.

· Assist in any adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· Well versed in Employment Act 1955.

· Good command in English and BM.

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
