Duties & Responsibilities
• Anticipating needs at all times.
• Attend senior leadership meetings to assist CEOs.
• Personal – additional ad hoc support
• Pre-empting the CEO’s needs
• Support CEOs with managing Partnerships team
• Work closely with and report to the CEOs
• Work closely with the wider team Skills and traits
• High level of attention and focus – constantly ensuring that the needs and requirements of the CEOs are pre-empted, and effectively managed at all times.
• Exceptional relationship skills and being highly organised are a must.
• Always be thinking one step ahead, be a strong communicator and a master influencer.
• Strong relationship and influencing skills
• Resilience and leadership skills – constantly challenging the CEO’s thinking

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in Business or Commerce.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Extremely organised
• Accountability – always following up and staying ahead of the game
• High attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute quality output under tight deadlines
