INTERNAL CONTROL INSPECTOR (MYCU)

Duties & Responsibilities
Cash Management
- Managing cash variance in outlet

Stock Take
- To carry out stock take in all CU outlets twice a year. All year round and Financial Year End stock take
- To investigate root cause of variance and reduce the variances through implementing corrective action plan

Stock Inventory
- To manage the stock inventory accuracy in CU POS System
- To monitor daily outlet stock in accuracy
- To monitor accuracy of Interbranch Transfer
- To monitor timeliness / accuracy of outlet stock returns
- To investigate root cause of variance and implement corrective action plan

Outlet Audit
- To carry out outlet audit in accordance to Audit Checklist
- To highlight areas of improvement to outlets and follow up the rectification
- To investigate fraud/suspicious activity i.e. stealing.

Job Requirements
• Possessed at least a Bachelor Degree or professional degree in accounting & finance.
• Good fundamental in internal control and investigation
• Possess own transportation
• Willing to travel
• B2 and D license will be advantage
